We implemented a comprehensive, multi-phase digital marketing strategy for Spensa Screens, with a strong focus on long-term SEO growth, lead generation, and brand awareness. The journey began in 2022 with the development of a responsive, SEO-optimized website designed to convert local visitors into leads. We conducted in-depth keyword research tailored to the Hyderabad market. Technical SEO improvements were made including faster load times, mobile responsiveness, metadata optimization, and structured schema markup.
In the same year, we launched and optimized their Google Business Profile to enhance local visibility and implemented on-page SEO strategies that laid the foundation for future growth. Alongside this, we began building their brand presence across major platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, using organic content including before-and-after transformations, customer testimonials, and product showcases.
In 2023, we expanded SEO efforts and initiated targeted paid ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. These ads were specifically designed to attract local homeowners and contractors in areas like Gachibowli, Hitech City, and Banjara Hills. We also strengthened their backlink profile through directory listings and content partnerships, helping increase domain authority and search engine rankings. In 2024, we implemented a WhatsApp chatbot to automate lead collection and streamline customer engagement. This allowed for quicker responses, improved conversions, and 24/7 availability. At the same time, we scaled content production on YouTube and continued publishing keyword-optimized blog articles, targeting specific use cases. Retargeting ads were introduced to nurture users who previously visited the website but did not convert.
In 2025, we focused on building digital authority and scaling what worked. This included influencer collaborations with local home décor and lifestyle creators, publishing downloadable lead magnets like screen maintenance guides, and continuously improving top-performing content. Over time, these strategies led to over 35 competitive keywords ranking on the first page of Google, and a consistent, automated system for converting traffic into qualified leads from Hyderabad and surrounding areas.

In 2022, after launching their website and initiating foundational SEO work, they recorded over 300 monthly website visitors and 500+ high-quality leads. The WhatsApp chatbot played a key role in capturing and nurturing leads while reducing response time. Their blog and video content continued to gain traction, driving organic traffic and improving on-site engagement metrics like time-on-page and bounce rate.
By 2025, Spensa Screens is now seeing over 2.5K monthly website visitors and has accumulated more than 7,000 leads through a combination of organic only and automated channels. They currently rank on Google’s first page for over 35 competitive keywords. Their social media presence is strong and consistent, helping them build trust and brand recognition across digital platforms. Customer reviews, case study reels, and behind-the-scenes videos have contributed to greater engagement and higher conversions.
