Does the AI approve anything?
No. Clinical approval, finalizing, authorization results and service start are explicit human actions with attestation, and all are audited.
What PHI reaches the AI model?
Minimum necessary. Names, DOB, addresses, phones and member IDs are replaced with placeholders before the call and restored on the server.
Can we use our own payer rules?
Yes. Templates, thresholds and checklist rules are data your organization maintains.
